Excerpts from a recent interview with
Andy:
When did you start writing?
I started writing novels just over 15 years ago. I've
always wanted to write books for a living, but I never really had
the time to do it. Then, one day, I just decided to hit the computer
and go for it.
What gave you the spark to
start writing?
When I was in the ninth grade, I had an English
teacher whom I hated very much. She told me that I didn't have the
knack to write anything. So I told myself, "I'll prove her wrong!"
Where do you get your ideas?
I get my ideas from just about anywhere, especially the
obituaries.
Who do you like to read or what
other authors inspired you?
My favorite author is James Patterson.
Why do you write action,
adventure, horror whatever stories?
I write suspense/horror/action fiction because I can
relate to that more so than non-fiction.
What makes you different? Why
read your books rather than someone else's?
What makes me different from other authors is I that
write with enough imagination that you can actually envision what is
happening to the characters. There's never a dull moment while
reading my novels.
